At I.T. San Francisco de Asís, I designed, applied, and evaluated learning guides for preschool, second, and fifth grades in line with basic competency standards.
At Escuela Normal Superior Pamplona, I planned and followed up on academic activities for eighth, ninth, and eleventh grades. I also applied pedagogical research projects focused on Feuerstein microdidactics.
At Accedo Santander, I handled customer requests and concerns in English. Later, at Telus International, I developed payment agreements according to company policies and processes, addressing customer requests in English and French.
Most recently, at Concentrix, I handled customer requests and questions about a financial product. I hold a degree in Humanities and Spanish Language from Universidad de Pamplona and have a 120 Hour TESOL / TEFL Certificate.
