What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to grow into broader autonomous vehicle training-program ownership, quality assurance, standardization, and multi-market leadership while maintaining strong safety, quality, and certification standards.

I'm currently a Training Specialist and L3 Instructor at Transdev supporting Waymo operations, delivering classroom, closed-course, and on-road instruction for autonomous vehicle personnel.

I assess operator performance, coach skill gaps, support certification readiness and mapping workflows, and maintain training, incident, and compliance documentation. I work with operations, safety, training, and technical teams to keep instruction aligned with changing field requirements.

Previously at Zoox, I operated and evaluated autonomous vehicles in real-world environments while training and mentoring operators. I'm ready to grow my hands-on AV training background into broader program ownership, standardization, quality assurance, and multi-market support.
