Provided home health OT services to medically complex and geriatric patients across community and residential settings. Delivered skilled interventions for ADL performance, functional mobility, home safety, endurance, and energy conservation, while completing timely electronic documentation in alignment with home health and Medicare guidelines.

Led outpatient therapy operations within assisted living and memory care, overseeing clinical workflows, scheduling, productivity, and interdisciplinary coordination. Provide skilled OT interventions focused on ADLs/IADLs, fall prevention, mobility, energy conservation, and cognitive support while maintaining Medicare Part B–compliant documentation and family communication.

Overseen therapy department operations including scheduling, staff productivity, and compliance oversight, while coordinating interdisciplinary care for patient-centered workflows. Provided OT treatments for geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive impairments and mentored new therapy staff for onboarding and survey readiness.

Delivered full-time OT coverage in a skilled nursing facility during a 13-week travel assignment. Maintained productivity goals while adapting to new documentation systems and care workflows.

Provided PRN OT coverage for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Collaborated with supervising OTs to ensure consistent care delivery and documentation standards.

Served as contracted COTA to support high-volume patient care needs in a skilled nursing environment. Built strong rapport with staff and patients and was rehired for a permanent role after contract completion.

Treated older adults with cognitive and physical impairments under OT supervision. Focused on ADL training, therapeutic exercise, and dementia care strategies while learning documentation procedures and participating in care planning.

Observed and assisted in pediatric therapy sessions for children with developmental delays and sensory needs. Supported therapists with fine motor, sensory integration, and play-based interventions.
