Elena Vosteen

I’m a Senior Software QA Engineer with 10+ years of experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS & Android). I bring strong expertise in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on clear test documentation and high-quality releases.

I’ve built and executed REST API test suites using Postman and Playwright, and automated API testing with JavaScript, including dynamic, database-driven request generation. I also perform back-end testing using Linux command-line tools for Bash and validate data integrity with SQL.

For UI and end-to-end coverage, I develop web UI test automation with JavaScript, Playwright, and the Page Object Model, using XPath to locate and validate elements. I’ve automated end-to-end test execution by containerizing test suites and integrating them into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual QA effort.

Earlier in my career, as a Software QA Engineer, I supported multiple banking relationships and led a team supporting 20+ banks simultaneously. I also served as a team lead on 5 end-to-end implementations of banking technology solutions, and later worked as an IT Business System Analyst using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall to drive successful project realization and documentation.
