Leads end-to-end product-owner work, defining vision and roadmaps and scoping/prioritizing features across user and business goals. Runs product discovery and builds UX standards in Figma/Framer/Webflow, including AI workflow automation and mentoring a small team.

Helped set product and design direction for a 0-to-1 AI MVP iOS app at founding stage. Conducted a product/UX audit, advised MVP vs later priorities, and designed the core interface and information architecture across multiple user roles.

Delivered contract product design for a B2B carbon-credit procurement and portfolio platform. Worked with the Senior PM and CPO in agile to lead UX for a new platform feature, producing wireframes through high-fidelity handover within their design system and custom components.

Led design and product delivery for complex B2B platforms in healthcare, social care, public sector, and environmental work. Translated regulated requirements into accessible, data-heavy interfaces and multi-step case-management workflows, while also running Scrum/Agile delivery as Scrum Master and governing design systems.

Worked as the first design hire on a founding team, partnering closely with product strategy to design and ship complex B2B SaaS products. Owned design-system governance, scoped and prioritized features, and ran A/B tests with developers to refine user experience.

Currently completing the AI Foundations for Business Professionals specialization at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Completed a Diploma in Graphic Design at SEMOS Education from 2016 to 2017.

Earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship at UKIM Skopje (Faculty of Economics) from 2012 to 2016.
