What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex technology and operational change, working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver well-governed programmes across scope, cost, quality and time.

At IQVIA, I lead concurrent business and technology projects across EMEA, including office relocations, laboratory and acquired-company network integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Previously at Adecco, I led a £600k global software implementation across more than 60 countries, taking delivery from business-case approval and procurement through implementation and global rollout. I coordinated ERP integrations, data migration, testing, training, communications and organisational change across HR, Finance, Procurement and IT.

My background also includes seven years delivering refurbishment, operational readiness and residential portfolio management across real estate and construction. I build governance, manage budgets and RAID logs, and bring senior stakeholders, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams together to deliver to scope, cost, quality and time.
