What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build operational clarity for AI-native, seed-to-Series B startups where founders are operationally overextended, alignment is fracturing, and AI tools need stronger integration governance.

I've built operational infrastructure for 30+ pre-seed and seed-stage founders at Sheedx Africa, helping keep accelerator cohorts, investor engagement, and founder progress moving.

I designed 11 operational system frameworks spanning decision rights, operating cadences, async communication, OKR tracking, delegation, and AI workflow governance. I also built Notion infrastructure, Make automations, reporting dashboards, and founder-facing templates.

At EldaKerr, I work with the co-founding team before launch on operational workflows, technical architecture, product direction, and go-to-market planning. I build for AI-native startups navigating the Founder Bottleneck Phase, when decisions and alignment begin to outpace the company’s systems.
