I’m a bilingual (English/French) Social Media Manager focused on building audience-first content that sounds human, not generic. I develop content strategies, manage monthly content calendars, and produce platform-native posts and videos tailored to each channel.
In my current roles, I create bilingual captions and video scripts aligned with brand voice, produce high volumes of short-form content, and track performance to deliver monthly KPI reports that guide what we publish next. I’m comfortable managing multiple client accounts and content pipelines at once while keeping quality and consistency.
I also bring hands-on community experience from answering 50+ messages and comments per day with fast response times and on-brand communication.
