What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level IT Support role where I can use my hands-on experience in troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, and system maintenance.

My Windows Server 2022 lab project gave me hands-on experience setting up file shares, managing user access, and creating Active Directory accounts and group policies.

I’ve also installed and troubleshot operating systems in VirtualBox and VMware virtual machines, and configured Windows Firewall rules and logging. I’m seeking an entry-level IT Support role where I can apply my troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, and system maintenance experience.
