Oversees production planning and scheduling across sites, supervises production processes, recruits field technicians, installs irrigation systems, and trains students at the Greenhouse Academy to improve greenhouse productivity.

Managed 1 ha organic vegetable production (okra, green pepper, green beans), coordinated and recruited temporary workers, monitored and treated crop disease, and maintained harvest records to optimize yields.

Participated in substrate compounding, mushroom seed multiplication, production, drying, packaging and marketing to support small-scale mushroom enterprise operations.

Coordinated production of organic vegetable crops in greenhouses, maintained greenhouse facilities, supervised student practical sessions, and assisted senior students with data collection.

Managed financial records and sales, coordinated establishment of a 2 ha plantain plantation, oversaw garden and pineapple production projects, and coordinated crop cultivation and marketing activities.

Participated in crop cultivation (maize, cabbage), assisted in piggery and rabbitry maintenance, supported egg production activities, and led team coordination during practical work.
