What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a virtual automotive mechanics instructor or after-sales technical trainer role where I can teach diagnosis, repair, and service management through digital learning platforms.

At Central Motor América S.A.S Ford, I direct Ford after-sales operations, including the workshop, parts, and customer service. I bring 16 years of automotive industry experience to technical training and after-sales management.

At Fersautos Stellantis, I trained the workshop’s technical team and standardized diagnostic and repair procedures. I also designed induction and ongoing training for new and developing technicians.

At Central Motor América S.A.S, I trained and developed automotive technicians from apprentice level to certified specialists, and designed internal technical and customer-service training programs.
