At Huawei Technologies, I configured and maintained IP infrastructure, analyzed performance bottlenecks, automated network monitoring, and supported fixed-data network development and integration activities. My earlier GNOC work involved incident monitoring, proactive alerting, root cause analysis, and outage communications.
