At Symetra, I designed and deployed Node.js and TypeScript microservices on AWS, supported by CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs. I also owned the Angular customer onboarding and account portal, helping redesign payments from three pages to one.
I owned payment processing end to end, integrating Stripe subscriptions, webhooks, and workflows to improve reliability and streamline customer activation. I also used session recording tools to identify onboarding friction and support smoother product experiences.
Previously at Perficientur, I delivered full-stack applications for law firms, municipalities, and businesses, including an online water-bill platform serving thousands of households. As Lead Developer, I managed and mentored a team of six engineers, including offshore developers, through code reviews and delivery.
