What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Construction / Technical VA role where I can deliver high-level administrative and engineering support to clients globally.

At Nicol Construction, I manage project documentation, Bills of Quantities, and material cost estimates for structural steel, drainage, and concrete works.

I formulate construction methodologies, quality control procedures, and site progress tracking to support project execution and client turnover.

I also draft technical and contractual correspondence on scope boundaries, punch lists, and retention funds.

Previously, as a Site Engineer at Azul Builders, I verified quantity take-offs and material estimates, maintained site records, and monitored civil works and subcontractor activities. I’m a licensed Civil Engineer and Registered Master Plumber seeking a Construction / Technical VA role.
