I’m a Civil Engineer with nearly 3 years of experience supporting government infrastructure projects through detailed engineering design plans, programs of works, and cost estimates. I focus on turning drawings and requirements into clear, buildable outputs—backed by accurate computations and documentation.

In my DPWH roles (Engineering Assistant, Engineer I, and Planning Officer II), I prepared detailed engineering design (DED) plans for roads and drainage systems, developed bills of quantities (BOQ), and produced unit price analysis and backup computations for budgeting and procurement. I also support project planning, evaluation, and documentation to help ensure compliance with government standards.

My workflow is built around precise quantity takeoff and estimation, including plan analysis and cost-control support during bidding. I use AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD for drafting and detailing, and I rely on Microsoft Excel for schedules, data handling, and program-of-works development. For digital takeoff and verification, I’ve worked with PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu.

I take pride in coordinating with engineers and project teams to validate design accuracy and feasibility, so deliverables move smoothly from design to construction readiness. I’m also a Licensed Civil Engineer and a Registered Master Plumber, which strengthens my practical understanding of construction realities and infrastructure systems.
