Edmond Ahovi

I am a bachelor of education graduate, majored in Social Studies and minored in English Literacy, and I am currently pursuing a master of philosophy degree in curriculum and pedagogic studies. I aim to obtain a position as a resource person where my dedication to teamwork, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude can help achieve holistic institutional success through strong collaboration.

As a Teacher with the Ghana Education Service Exhibition Office and prior teaching roles at Akim Asafo Presbyterian School and Kwakye Brako international School, I prepare subject material according to an approved curriculum, assign and correct homework, prepare and administer tests, evaluate student progress, and discuss results with parents and school officials. I also implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help and participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops. Beyond teaching, I served as a Ballot Issuer with the Electoral Commission of Ghana, coordinating with team members to demonstrate to voters appropriate ways to vote and fold the presidential ballot paper, while also supporting voter register and documentation processes—experience that strengthens how I work in teams and handle responsibilities with care.
