Deborah Tetteh

I am a driven, flexible, and responsible person who wants to learn more about communication and creativity. I approach my work cautiously and with a strong commitment to seeing projects through to completion. I am also motivated by a desire to support growth and social empowerment.

Through my student internship at Christian Methodist Senior High School (October 2023–May 2024) and my national service as a personnel at Christian Methodist Senior High School (October 2024–September 2025), I worked to support classroom delivery and learner development. My responsibilities included Social Studies (Form 1 & 2), setting of examination questions, script marking of exams, and mobilising learners for clean-up exercise.

In my career objective, I emphasize being consistently present and ensuring the task of the day is achieved. I use time judiciously and apply different approaches of teaching, including helping low-average students perform better, while also participating in the development of appropriate syllabus, materials, and scheme of work. I aim to settle disputes among learners and staff so learning stays focused and productive.
