I’m a results-driven Scrum Master with 7+ years coordinating teams, managing delivery workflows, and driving outcomes in high-pressure environments. As founder of CareAfterBirth—a postnatal home nursing service—I lead Agile-style operations across a distributed team while keeping work aligned to clear daily and sprint goals.

I facilitate daily check-ins (standups), plan and manage two-week work cycles (sprints), and maintain a prioritized service backlog covering features, tasks, and improvements. I proactively identify and remove operational blockers—such as resolved platform form failures and streamlined sign-up flow—so delivery stays on track.

I also run weekly sprint reviews and retrospectives to refine processes and improve team efficiency each cycle. Through cross-functional stakeholder coordination (nurses, clients, and platform vendors), I manage communication, expectations, and delivery timelines with clarity and calm under pressure.

My nursing background strengthens my ability to lead structured processes, communicate clearly, and keep teams focused on safety and execution. I’m currently deepening my Agile expertise with a PSM I certification in progress, and I’m ready to bring servant leadership and operational discipline to a remote Scrum Master role.
