At Dwyer Omega, I oversee shipping operations, from receiving packed material and processing shipments to preparing export documentation and closing out daily orders.

I coordinate with supervisors and plant leads, prepare orders for carrier pickup, and keep shipping workflows organized and ready to move.

Previously, I managed classroom operations at The Learning Rainbow Early Childhood Education, maintained structured learning environments, communicated daily with parents, and coordinated activities and records for multiple children.

I'm also completing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, building on my skills in troubleshooting, network fundamentals, operating systems, and ticketing systems.
