EDICA GONZALEZ
@edicagonzalez
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing evidence-based therapy and crisis-centered care.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) focused on biopsychosocial assessment, evidence-based treatment planning, and ongoing measurement of client progress. I co-create treatment plans based on clients’ goals and choose evidence-based treatment appropriate for adolescents, adults, or couples.
Across my LCSW roles, I provide culturally sensitive, strength-based therapy and develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning. I also conduct weekly measures using PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5, and I create discharge plans while referring clients to medication management when needed.
Before and alongside clinical practice, I’ve supported high-risk clients through intake and crisis intervention, including screening with tools such as C-SSRS, PC-PTSD, Audit C, and CAGEAID. I also bring training in CBT, CPT, EMDR part 1 and 2, Emotional Focused Therapy, Gottman training, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and suicide prevention—plus group facilitation and victim advocacy experience.
