Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and co-create treatment plans aligned with client goals for adolescents, adults, and couples. Administer weekly risk measures (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5) and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, wellness, and discharge plans as needed, including referrals for medication management.

Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and deliver individual and family therapy based on identified needs. Complete timely documentation and insurance authorization, monitor weekly risk using PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5, and develop crisis/safety, relapse prevention, wellness, and discharge plans as needed.

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and co-create evidence-based treatment plans for adolescents, adults, and couples. Use weekly risk measures (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5), create safety plans for high-risk clients, and participate in weekly clinical meetings/supervision.

Perform initial intake evaluations and screening for new patients, including PHQ-9, C-SSRS, GAD-7, PC-PTSD, Audit C, and CAGE-AID. Assign patients to mental health practitioners and create safety plans for high-risk clients while handling telephones, routing callers, and triaging inquiry urgency.

Teach batterer’s intervention focused on identifying forms of abuse, understanding the impact of domestic violence, and promoting accountability and responsibility for violence. Deliver instruction on recognizing escalation cues, healthy relationship development, and alternatives to violence and controlling behaviors.

Provide intensive in-home counseling for children with ASD and create treatment/intervention plans. Facilitate therapeutic activities to reinforce desired behaviors and coordinate community-based counseling with care coordination involving school and physicians.

Support outpatient clinical work by completing client intake and assessment and providing outpatient therapy for clients with one or more mental health disorders. Create treatment plans/interventions and co-facilitate group counseling including women’s assertiveness, men’s batterers intervention (court-ordered) and parent support/skill-building for families with autistic children.

Provide 24-hour crisis hotline support and emergency response by offering telephone support counseling and responding to sites with survivors reporting sexual assault. Coordinate court support and advocacy, assist survivors with active court cases, and conduct community education and prevention workshops on sexual assault and related services.

Earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Our Lady of the Lake University in February 2020.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University in August 2016.
