At TalentoMOBILE, I directed up to five concurrent mobile, web, and backend projects, with average budgets of €500,000. I also managed Scrum and Kanban teams of up to 15 people and reported progress, budgets, and risks to clients.
I took over a delayed Seguros El Corte Inglés project that was two months behind; the team delivered it in three weeks after the handover. For two years, I worked exclusively on a strategic Banco Santander project for business customers, coordinating several technical teams.

I managed a roadmap and a backlog of more than 160 stories in Linear, and directed a migration from AWS to self-managed infrastructure to reduce costs and retain control of the data.
I moved from analyst to technical project manager at Cibernos S.A., managing projects for Ocaso Seguros, BBVA, and Ericsson, including integrations with client ERPs and automated verification flows. My earlier software engineering work included .NET and Android development, and I bring a technical background to project estimation and collaboration with engineering teams.
