What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Incident Analyst role where I can apply my enterprise troubleshooting, alert-triage, documentation, escalation, and cross-team coordination skills to incident response and security operations.

At DRÄXLMAIER Group, I provide bilingual Level 1 IT support for a global enterprise serving 50,000+ users, resolving incidents or escalating them through established procedures.

I administer Active Directory accounts, access permissions, security groups, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA/OTP, and BitLocker recovery. I also troubleshoot Windows, VPN, authentication, DNS/network connectivity, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications while maintaining clear ticket records and knowledge articles.

Previously, I supported technical and IT hiring at DRÄXLMAIER and handled hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and remote-connectivity issues at Honeywell.

I'm building hands-on cybersecurity capability through SIEM, traffic-analysis, vulnerability-assessment, security-monitoring, Wireshark, and incident-response labs while preparing for CompTIA Security+.
