Eden Malka

I’m an M.Sc. student in Statistics & Data Science at Tel Aviv University and a Data Scientist at DataMED Lab, where I train and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models in Python on large-scale data. I bring a strong foundation in algorithms and statistical modeling, with an emphasis on building end-to-end, robust ML pipelines.

In my current role, I develop end-to-end machine learning and deep learning pipelines for large-scale clinical and imaging data, including MRI and physicians’ reports. I build ML/LLM-based solutions for information extraction, prediction, and automated data workflows, and I design tools for model evaluation, error analysis, and performance optimization. I also collaborate with clinical and research teams to deliver scalable algorithmic solutions.

Earlier, I supported decision-making by analyzing large-scale financial and demographic datasets and building dashboards and statistical models as a Student Data Analyst for the Israel Ministry of Finance. I also managed and optimized large SAP financial databases as an Implementation Specialist at Ness Technologies, providing technical support and training—experience that strengthens how I translate complex systems into reliable workflows.
