At Emendo, I led research projects analyzing Next-Generation Sequencing outcomes and transcriptomics data to guide protein engineering decisions. I used statistical analysis to connect experimental results with computational insights.
At Bar Ilan University, I researched biofilm mechanisms and analyzed biological datasets. I also managed a research team overseeing experimental design, data collection, and statistical validation.
At the Technion, I independently developed an AI project for ancient manuscripts, creating a pipeline to identify, segment, and translate Hebrew script. I used synthetic training samples and MsBERT to help reconstruct missing words in Dead Sea Scrolls texts.
My other Technion projects applied deep learning and classical machine learning to MRI tumor classification and gut cell image classification. I work across life sciences and machine learning, using tools such as Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
