At Weizmann Institute of Science, I built an AI pipeline leveraging ESM3 to learn evolutionary and physical constraints for automated, fast protein stabilization. My MSc thesis focused on computational protein design.
At Israel Defense Forces & Ministry of Defense, I led end-to-end R&D for computer vision, speech, and time-series systems, from concept research to field deployment.
At Israel Police Forensic Department, I conceptualized machine-learning models for mass spectrometry chemical analysis, resulting in a paper in Nature Scientific Reports. At ShebaARC, I led a multidisciplinary team with physicians to build an explainable clinical model predicting heart-failure deterioration.
