Since moving into the Recovery Department, I've used Corel software and specialized laser settings to create templates and complete unfinished cuts. I prioritize recovery work by production stage, return products to the right teams, and coordinate with department heads to maintain quality standards.
Previously, I led bakery production at Victoria's Gluten Free Kitchen and Einstein Bros. Bagels, developing recipes, managing inventory, personnel flow, customer orders, and financial responsibilities. I also managed repossession accounts from assignment through vehicle release and invoicing while supporting customer service, data entry, transport coordination, and after-hours operations.
