What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, reliable backend systems, contribute to high-impact products, and collaborate with teams solving meaningful technical problems.

I've built scalable backend systems for Crestville Apartments, including high-availability APIs for a hotel and short-term rental booking platform handling over 4,000 guest bookings and inventory across 100+ listings.

I led the transition from a monolithic structure to microservices at Crestville Apartments, improving platform reliability, maintainability, and deployment velocity using NestJS, TypeScript, and Docker.

At ULES, I helped build a secure online voting platform for 8,000 engineering students, increasing participation by 80%. I developed low-latency backend infrastructure with Node.js and MongoDB to support high-volume electoral processes and protect data integrity.

I've also published the @oebuka/readme-generator npm package, contributed to Open Life Science's MOOCs platform, and led backend development for an ML-powered sustainable-energy insights platform that earned second place at the TID 2.0 Hackathon.
