What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use Python and machine learning to support offshore subsea integrity and reliability decisions, while contributing to safe, well-documented engineering through risk-informed approaches and clear technical delivery.

I supported offshore subsea installation engineering through a TechnipFMC (Aberdeen) MSc Industry Project, analysing Dynamic Amplification Factor (DAF), structural response, strain behaviour, and pipeline performance under dynamic loading to inform vessel selection and offshore planning.

I built predictive and classification models in Python—Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, Polynomial Regression, and Decision Trees—using Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn, and prototyped a decision support framework for DAF prediction from historical project data.

Before that, at Nigerian Midstream & Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), I worked with multidisciplinary teams on technical evaluations, reviewing engineering documentation and operational data to support safe operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and project delivery.

I also contributed to process safety and risk assessment activities (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, etc.), supporting hazard identification and consequence-focused fire and explosion risk assessment, while applying structured problem-solving in safety-critical environments.
