I’m looking for a role where I can use data analytics to turn complex information into clear insights, support data-driven business decisions, and improve customer engagement and retention—while contributing through strong communication and teamwork.

I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst with hands-on experience turning complex information into actionable insights. I bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to help businesses make smarter decisions.

In my current role at Nonsman Global Systems Limited, I use Google Analytics and social media metrics to understand customer engagement and website performance. I analyze purchasing patterns to identify dormant customers, support retention strategies, and produce reporting on revenue trends, branch performance, and product category results.

I also combine data with customer growth and experience. As a Digital Marketing Officer, I transferred and optimized product data across ERP (Odoo) and WooCommerce, improved search visibility using SEO practices and Rank Math checks, and supported social media content performance. I’ve led teams to strengthen customer service interactions and track satisfaction metrics to improve responses across touchpoints.

Beyond analytics, I’ve contributed through teaching and community-focused projects—designing agricultural lessons, tutoring data skills with Python and MS Excel, and volunteering on sustainability and health awareness initiatives. I’m motivated by data-driven strategies that enhance business performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
