I’m a financial services professional with twenty years of experience, bringing accounting, auditing, analytical, organizational, and managerial skills to ensure accuracy, controls, and on-time delivery. As an Operations Support Senior Manager, I review and prepare Purchase Orders in Viewpoint for supplier payments, reconcile and approve payments in banking applications, and guide teams on global payments and reimbursements. I supervise and train staff, support bookkeeping and general ledger queries, maintain prepaid expense schedules, and liaise with internal and external auditors while working to finalize and automate processes and procedures.

Previously, I served as Vice President, Operations and held roles including Senior Reviewer/Client Accountant, Client Accounting Officer, Trust Accountant, and Field Examiner/Inspector. These experiences strengthened my ability to review financial statements, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, perform management control assessment testing, and support client reporting workflows using platforms such as Global Citi Trust Platform (GCTP) and CitiDirect.
