I'm looking for a full-time Senior or Staff individual-contributor role in complex enterprise software.

At Infor, I was the sole designer for the configuration layer of a no-code application builder used by 100+ enterprise customers. I simplified app-building flows, helped reduce related support requests by 20%, and added role groups that made setup about 40% faster in testing.

At Netcracker, I designed telecom operations tools for Deutsche Telekom and Zain, including a map-based interface that helped reduce time from alert to fix by 30–40%. I also brought five Infor teams onto a shared design system with 60+ components and WCAG 2.1 AA coverage, and built BlaBlaScribe and Rezup.
