At New Native, I designed a hackathon platform serving 200,000+ users. I led redesigns for registration, onboarding, team formation, project submission, and judging, using Maze usability testing to identify friction and improve the experience.
I investigated why only about 20% of sign-ups reached a team and redesigned onboarding and matchmaking so joining or creating a team became a central step. I also worked end to end with developers on prioritization, user stories, handoff, implementation review, QA, and release.
At Net Zero Build, I shaped an AI-powered green-building compliance MVP with founders and developers. I designed dashboards, scorecards, evidence management, AI-assisted guidance, reporting, user management, and setup flows while building a reusable Figma component library for more consistent delivery.
