At DoorDash, I build ML and GenAI platform capabilities that support production models across logistics, search, personalization, fraud, and merchant use cases. I shaped a unified developer experience around Python SDKs and Kotlin/Go control planes, bringing model packaging, validation, rollout, shadowing, and observability into one contract.
I modernized feature serving with Redis-compatible APIs, S3 snapshots, Kubernetes, and Kafka/Flink updates, expanding serving headroom by more than 3×. I also established a provider-neutral AI Gateway for OpenAI, Anthropic, and self-hosted models, adopted by roughly 15 product and operations teams.
Across DoorDash Core Infrastructure and Target, I've built self-service platforms, Kubernetes onboarding paths, service-runtime contracts, Kafka infrastructure, observability standards, and progressive delivery systems. My work reduced provisioning from roughly a business day to minutes, made more than 80% of routine Kafka operations self-service, and raised trace coverage above 85% on critical paths.
Earlier at Target and Amazon, I delivered high-performance product, fulfillment, and purchase-path systems using Java, Spring Boot, distributed caching, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture. I focus on reusable platform capabilities that make production systems faster, safer, easier to operate, and easier for teams to adopt.

Shaped a unified ML developer experience and modernized feature serving, expanding headroom by 3x. Established an AI Gateway and shared RAG infrastructure, and operationalized LLM evaluation.
Architected a self-service resource model and unified service-health visibility. Standardized caching patterns and governed infrastructure self-service, reducing provisioning time from days to minutes.
Built a versioned JVM service-runtime contract and piloted Envoy service-mesh adoption. Streamlined infrastructure workflows with Terraform and policy-as-code, and sponsored shared caching and observability patterns.

Delivered a responsive Product Detail Page variation selector and reworked customer-review rendering. Parallelized dependencies and integrated Save for Later, optimizing performance and deployment safety.
