Maintained a customer-facing Flight Search web application and backend API services for millions of daily users. Implemented a global companion award discount type and resolved edge cases impacting search results, fare display, and discount rendering.

Built result viewer and analytics web applications shipped as part of Axon’s VR-based police training program, including search pages and specialized viewers for multiple training types. Modernized a learning management system by improving database access patterns to reduce response times on certain pages and mentored a coworker in modern web development with React.

Designed and implemented automated cross-tenant access replication across 20+ Azure tenants. Built backend services to gather and generate SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST audit evidence on demand and created internal portals for security teams to review, approve, and monitor access changes.

Built internal automation and integration services connecting Salesforce, Chargebee, Marketo, and other systems. Implemented processes in-house that reduced third-party licensing costs.

Designed systems to collect and normalize manufacturing data from 80+ global stations and built Power BI dashboards to identify defects. Maintained an internal portal to associate, track, and monitor parts through the manufacturing process.

Built graphical interfaces, trained a machine learning model, and optimized a SQL database for mechanical engineers to reduce manual effort for analyzing corporate HVAC systems.
