What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help international organizations manage complex employment matters, balancing legal compliance, business objectives, and positive employee relations across global and LATAM environments.

I help organizations navigate employment risk across the full employee lifecycle, drawing on more than eight years in employee relations, in-house employment law, and litigation.

At Banco W, I advised HR and business leaders supporting approximately 2,500 employees on disciplinary proceedings, workplace investigations, terminations, collective bargaining, union relations, and labor-risk decisions. I also developed compliance training and directed outside counsel on judicial and administrative matters.

At DIRECTV / Telecenter Panamericana, I supported a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees on employment compliance, workplace policy, ethics-hotline reports, investigations, and LATAM global mobility matters. I partnered closely with HR and regional stakeholders on transfers, contract transitions, and cross-border employment issues.

Currently, I support California employment litigation at Legal Soft (Laurel Employment Law), drafting and managing 20+ complaints weekly, coordinating discovery, and assessing factual records for viable claims. I bring bilingual Colombian and U.S. employment-law experience, combining legal compliance with practical business and employee-relations outcomes.
