What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my GRC, investigation, audit, and operations experience to identify control gaps, manage sensitive matters, strengthen compliance, and deliver clear, practical recommendations.

I've conducted HR audit fieldwork, workplace investigations, and compliance reviews for client organisations through Altari Africa. My work includes stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, evidence analysis, policy and contract review, and practical recommendations.

Previously at EY Forensic Investigation & Dispute Services, I supported fraud, misconduct, procurement, and tender-irregularity investigations across public and private-sector organisations. I prepared confidential investigation reports and worked alongside legal, audit, and compliance professionals.

At Shoprite Checkers, I managed operational responsibilities across multiple stores and supervised up to approximately 100–150 employees across sales, fresh, receiving, paypoints, stock control, and security. I also handled scheduling, recruitment interviews, performance development, disciplinary support, and new-store operational readiness.

My background in criminology, commercial forensic law, risk assessment, and management helps me translate sensitive findings into clear documentation, stronger controls, and actionable outcomes.
