Duncan Richardson

I am a passionate music educator with a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, dedicated to fostering a love for music in students from grades 3 to 12. Currently, I teach at Addison Central School District, where I design and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with state standards. My commitment to differentiated instruction ensures that I meet the diverse learning needs of my students, utilizing formative and summative assessments to guide my teaching strategies.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I serve as the Department of Music's Leadership Representative, advocating for music education initiatives and fostering collaboration among faculty. I lead extracurricular programs, including marching band and theater productions, and I am dedicated to enhancing student engagement through technology integration. My previous experience as an Employee Trainer has equipped me with strong project management skills, allowing me to develop effective training modules that promote staff development and retention.
