At FWD Group, I own end-to-end delivery of the AI chatbot for Vietnam and the Philippines as one of twelve engineers, building features for those markets and supporting QA through release. The prompt-driven chatbot uses ChatGPT to automate insurance consultation and sales across WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, serving 300K+ users monthly.
I architected an agentic workflow that routes use cases to context-scoped sub-agents, and developed REST APIs for FAQ retrieval and information lookup with partner integrations and Pinecone vector search. I also iterated on RAG prompt templates to ground responses and improve accuracy.
Previously, at VMO Group I led front-end development for e-commerce platforms in Singapore and Malaysia, including SSR storefronts serving 250K+ users monthly. At FPT Software, I built web and Android features for a French logistics client's document-delivery product and integrated serverless AWS services.
