What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead facility, engineering, sustainability, and asset-management initiatives where I can improve building performance, service quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

I'm Engineering Manager at JLL, supporting HP's Sant Cugat site through MEP engineering, sustainability initiatives, engineering audits, PPM gap analysis, and project delivery.

Previously, I managed technical operations at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's Splau shopping centre, overseeing maintenance, security, cleaning, supplier contracts, OPEX/CAPEX planning, BREEAM and facilities audits, sustainability objectives, and emergency drills.

I've also led international facility-management accounts at ISS and Vueling Airlines, managing budgets, tenders, suppliers, works, maintenance, real-estate assets, and large teams. My architecture background and energy-simulation work with EnergyPlus, HULC, DesignBuilder, and OpenStudio help me connect building performance with practical operations.
