I've led nursing operations at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Hospital on Socotra Island, building Emergency Department clinical pathways, triage and referral systems, medication safety policies, competency programs, and staff training. I also established and expanded neonatal services, organized pediatric operations, and helped open Socotra Island's only inpatient Severe Acute Malnutrition unit for children.
Previously, I supervised nursing at Al Amal Hospital and Al Assema Hospital, served as Charge Nurse and Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at Misr International Hospital, led a cardiovascular catheterization lab at El Agouza Hospital, and lectured in Critical Care Nursing at El Agouza Nursing Institute. I focus on safe care, practical training, workforce planning, and operational readiness across acute-care settings.
