I am a pediatric nursing professional with a Master's degree in Pediatric Nursing and a Health Care Quality Management diploma, experienced in clinical leadership, nursing education, and quality improvement projects. I have served as Head of Learning & Development and Nursing Director, coordinating internal and external education, competency follow-up, and training for NICU and pediatric care.
I have hands-on clinical experience across pediatrics, NICU, ICU, dialysis and other adult specialties, and have led department-level improvement initiatives such as DMS, Par level, cross-training and staffing planning. I am passionate about developing nursing teams, implementing quality processes, and mentoring staff to improve patient outcomes.
