What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build reliable production AI products where LLM, RAG, and agent capabilities solve real user problems. I value product-minded collaboration, scalable cloud systems, strong evaluation and reliability practices, and opportunities to mentor engineers.

At Hedra, I build production Generative AI capabilities for AI-powered media creation, including RAG knowledge systems, multi-agent LLM workflows, evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and monitoring.

Previously, I delivered machine learning platforms and distributed data infrastructure at AstraZeneca, supporting healthcare and clinical-data initiatives with end-to-end ML pipelines, semantic search, Spark, Kafka, and MLOps. At BoxChamps, I integrated GPT and LangChain into customer-facing sports gaming features and built vector-search capabilities that improved in-app relevance.

Across 20+ years in software engineering, I’ve led teams and shipped scalable full-stack, cloud, and distributed systems for Ford, Zenoti, Altruist, Opendorse, Vail Resorts, Curbit, and Level 3 Communications. I enjoy taking AI systems from prototype to reliable production while balancing model quality, performance, and real user needs.
