What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on role where I can lead equipment diagnostics, rapid repair and upgrades, and deliver practical customer training—working with a team that values continuous improvement and uptime.

I’m a seasoned equipment technician/engineer with deep experience in diagnostics, repair, and enhancements across semiconductor and laboratory equipment—focused on getting systems back up quickly and improving performance.

In my Senior Field Service Engineer roles, I install, service, and maintain equipment, resolve escalations at customer sites, and support customers with training and solutions for downtime and equipment issues.

I bring factory training and strong electronics technical/engineering capability, including troubleshooting and hardware/software upgrades, along with the ability to update and correct system documentation for multiple equipment platforms.

My impact includes correcting 48 hours of downtime in 2 hours saving Micron Technology hundreds of thousands of dollars, installing wafer coating and development systems valued at over $26 million, and delivering client training supported by written manuals and hands-on instruction.
