Message

At FormFactor, I lead maintenance operations for 60 semiconductor manufacturing assets and develop a team of six technicians. I use KPI management, CMMS administration, Lean improvement, and cross-functional leadership to strengthen equipment performance and workforce capability.

I've increased preventive maintenance compliance from 80% to 95%, improved equipment availability from 96.57% to 96.86%, and led a First Pass Yield program that raised yield from 98.1% to 99.6%. I also manage maintenance strategy, spare-parts governance, vendor performance, contractor activity, and repair-versus-replace decisions while serving on the Safety and Emergency Response teams.

My background spans field service, global product support, equipment installation, customer training, and semiconductor manufacturing at Lam Research, Semsysco, Intel, WGNSTAR, and FST Technical Services. I bring hands-on experience resolving complex hardware and software issues, standardizing maintenance practices, and supporting customers and teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
