What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Administrative Assistant role where I can handle scheduling, email management, data entry accuracy, and organized filing while supporting day-to-day team operations efficiently.

I’ve been doing freelance LinkedIn lead generation as a self-employed admin, researching 100+ B2B prospects per week and keeping data organized in Google Sheets and my CRM. I draft outreach messages and follow-up emails and handle client information with 99% accuracy.

From volunteering as a Virtual Admin Support, I managed WhatsApp and email groups for 50+ members, scheduled meetings, and sent reminders. I also created and formatted documents, presentations, and reports in Google Docs/Sheets and supported contact lists and client tracking.

I’m currently a university student at the University of Dodoma, studying Swahili, and I’m building my admin workflow with tools like MS Office and Google Workspace. If you need someone reliable with email management, filing, and fast typing, I’m ready to support.
