I’m an HR professional with 8 years of experience, and I’m now transitioning into web development by applying my problem-solving mindset to build better user experiences and business logic. I enjoy identifying user pain points and turning feedback into scalable technical improvements.

As a Junior Developer at Ferro Soft (Bukhara), I collaborated with a team to test and debug both front-end and back-end application features to keep the experience seamless. I developed and integrated custom modules for CRM systems, improving client data management and workflow efficiency. I also used user feedback and analytics to troubleshoot and resolve issues on a client’s website, helping improve performance.

To make systems easier to support and maintain, I created clear and concise technical documentation for end-users and internal support teams. This reduced support tickets and improved product clarity.

My full-stack growth includes a Full-Stack Web Developer course at Akmal Kadirov {Kadirov.dev} and a “Books” project built with Symfony, Vue.js, and API Platform. I built a secure RESTful application using OOP principles (SOLID, Dependency Injection, design patterns) and TWT token authentication, and I’m eager to apply this technical foundation in a junior developer role.
