What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented and highly organized administrative assistant and account clerk with experience in office administration, customer service, records management, and financial support tasks. I bring strong communication and multitasking abilities, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and delivering quality administrative support.
In my role at Mwea Brethren Schools, I managed office records, files, and administrative documentation while assisting with preparing financial records and maintaining accurate accounting information. I processed receipts, payments, and reconciliations, prepared reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Word, and supported scheduling and coordination—always maintaining confidentiality and accuracy with financial and administrative information.
