Lameck Nyabuga

I’m an enthusiastic accounts clerk focused on maintaining store and accounts through updating, balancing, and reconciling bank balances—while identifying and resolving problems fast. I bring strong office administration, accurate record keeping, and excellent customer service.

As Bursar at Munyu Girls High School (2022 to date), I prepare financial statements using the IPSAS format, manage commitments so bills are paid on time, and oversee daily accounts operations. I supervise subordinate staff and run essential meetings when required, while handling accounts payables, invoice processing, supplier cheques, and petty cash with complete supporting vouchers and receipts.

I also manage full store operations—coordinating stock, documenting store transactions, requisitioning, receiving, stocking, and issuing materials using a computer purchasing and inventory control system. I conduct weekly cycle counts, quarterly and mid-year inventory, year-end inventory, and physical inventory reporting, and I perform bank reconciliations and verification of goods against purchase orders.

Earlier, I worked as Accounts Clerk (2015–2016) and supported payroll and internal controls, including ledger reconciliations and statutory payments (NHIF, NSSF, PAYE). I also taught Business/Mathematics (2017–2020) and completed data collection as a Field Office Enumerator—while progressing academically with a Bachelors of Data Science and an ongoing CPA (Part 2/Intermediate).
