I've supervised several residential buildings at CPS Live Construction in Fumba Town, Zanzibar, from foundation excavation through structural works and finishing.
I monitor daily activities against approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. I coordinate with engineers, architects, foremen, and site workers to resolve issues and keep multiple buildings progressing smoothly.
My training includes road-construction materials testing at the TANROADS Laboratory and structural modelling for multi-storey buildings using ProtaStructure. I'm also open to remote work in virtual assistance, data entry, administrative support, translation, customer support, and project coordination.
