I’m an Assistant Quantity Surveyor focused on accurate cost planning and strong financial control throughout construction projects. I prepare schedule of materials, take off, bills of quantities, and support budgeting and work program planning so clients understand expected construction cost.
In my roles, I handle building projects financial and project appraisal reports, participate in tendering and procurement procedures, and support valuations of works with interim payments to contractors. I also contribute to contract administration by helping ensure contractual obligations are met by all parties.
I’m proactive about identifying financial and contractual risks and recommending measures to minimize project risks, including preparation of final accounts. I aim to improve my competence continuously while delivering measurable performance and quality outputs for both personal and organizational goals.
